Curry Beef Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 pound beef top round or flank steak | ||
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Medium | |
| Beef broth | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Curry powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cooking oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Broccoli | 3 Cup (16 tbs), cut into pieces | |
| Chow mein noodles | ||
Directions
Thinly slice beef across the grain into bite-size strips.
Place in bowl; sprinkle with soy sauce.
Cut onion into thin wedges.
Set meat and onion aside.
Stir together broth, flour, curry powder, and salt; set aside.
Heat wok or large skillet over high heat; add 2 tablespoons of the cooking oil.
Stir-fry onion and broccoli 4 minutes.
Remove vegetables.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil to wok.
Add half the meat; stir-fry 2 minutes.
Remove meat.
Repeat with remaining meat.
Push meat away from center of wok.
Stir flour-broth mixture; add to center of wok.
Cook and stir till bubbly.
Return all meat and vegetables to pan.
Cover; cook 1 minute more.
Place in bowl; sprinkle with soy sauce.
