Curry And Saffron Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
2 tsp (10 ml) butter
1/2 garlic clove, finely sliced
1 French (dry) shallot, finely sliced
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) 15% cream
1/4 tsp (1 ml) saffron
1/4 tsp (1 ml) curry cappelletti, cooked
Directions
In a skillet, melt butter and cook garlic and shallot until soft.
Pour cream into mixture.
Add saffron and curry and cook until sauce is smooth.
Add cappelletti and heat for a few minutes.
