 1 lg head cauliflower, broken into florets
 Onion1 , chopped
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch1 Teaspoon
 Skim milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground ginger1/4 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Curry powder1 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Bring cauliflower, onion, and water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Blend in blender on medium speed until smooth.
3. Whisk cornstarch into milk. Heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
4. Add remaining ingredients.
