Curried Turkey Pita Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise | ||
| 1/2 cup mango chutney, large pieces chopped | ||
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Curry powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pita breads | 4 , warmed | |
| Lettuce leaves | 8 Small | |
| Turkey breast slice | 8 | |
| Muenster cheese slice | 4 , cut in half | |
| Red bell pepper | 8 To taste | |
Directions
Stir together mayonnaise, chutney, celery and curry powder in small bowl. Spread 1 tablespoon chutney mixture inside each pita half.
To assemble each sandwich, fill 1 pita half with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice turkey, 1/2 slice cheese and 1 red pepper ring. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon chutney mixture.
