Curried Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Tuna | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Shrimp | 1 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Celery | 1 /2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Ripe olives | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 /2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked rice | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| French dressing | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Snipped parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Drain tuna; break into pieces.
Chill tuna and shrimp.
Combine tuna, shrimp, celery and olives; add mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
Toss lightly.
Toss rice with French dressing and parsley; spoon onto serving platter.
Heap salad on top.
