Curried Tuna Salad Recipe

 Tuna1 Can (10oz)
 Shrimp1 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Celery1 /2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Ripe olives1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Mayonnaise1 /2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Curry powder1 Teaspoon
 Cooked rice3 Cup (16 tbs)
 French dressing2 Tablespoon
 Snipped parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Drain tuna; break into pieces.
Chill tuna and shrimp.
Combine tuna, shrimp, celery and olives; add mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
Toss lightly.
Toss rice with French dressing and parsley; spoon onto serving platter.
Heap salad on top.
