Hard-boiled eggs - 2, chopped
Parsley - 1 tsp. chopped
Green pepper - 1, chopped
Onion - 1, finely chopped
Cream of mushroom soup - 1 can
Curry powder - 1/2 tsp.
Milk - 1/2 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Buttered bread crumbs

GETTING READY
1) Grease a 2-quart casserole.

3) In a bowl, combine the rice, eggs, parsley, green pepper, and onion.
4) Gently fold in the tuna.
5) In a saucepan, heat the soup.
6) Add in the curry powder and dissolve.
7) Add milk and lemon juice; stir into tuna mixture.
8) Transfer into the casserole and cover with crumbs.
