Curried Tuna Recipe

Curried Tuna is a very famous all over the world. I have ranked 5th in my favorite food list. The mix of curry powder and onions with salt, ginger, garlic powder, red pepper gives the Curried Tuna a perfect taste.

Ingredients

 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Curry powder2 Teaspoon
 Green onions2 Small, thinly sliced
 3 cups cooked regular rice
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground ginger1/4 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1/8 Teaspoon
 Ground red pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 1 can tuna in water, drained
 1 hard cooked egg, chopped
 Snipped parsley1 Tablespoon

Directions

Place margarine, curry powder and onions in 2 quart microwavable casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high until margarine is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir rice, salt, ginger, garlic powder, red pepper and tuna into casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave until tuna is hot, 3 to 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with egg and parsley.
Serve with chutney, if desired.
