Curried Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tomatoes | 6 , sliced | |
| Evaporated milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| 2 tbsp. Grated | ||
Directions
Saute onion in butter in skillet until transparent; add tomatoes.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over tomato mixture.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Serve over hot, buttered toast.
