Curried Tomato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato sauce | 1 8 Ounce | |
| 4 scallions including tops, minced | ||
| Lemon peel | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chicken broth | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 8-ounce container plain yogurt Salt to taste Additional yogurt for garnish | ||
Directions
Bring all ingredients except yogurt and salt to boil in saucepan; cool.
Combine mixture with 8 ounces yogurt in blender.
Season with salt.
Chill; serve topped with a dollop of yogurt.
