Ingredients

 Tomato sauce1 8 Ounce
 4 scallions including tops, minced
 Lemon peel1 Teaspoon, grated
 Curry powder1 Teaspoon
 Basil1/2 Teaspoon
 Chicken broth1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 8-ounce container plain yogurt Salt to taste Additional yogurt for garnish

Directions

Bring all ingredients except yogurt and salt to boil in saucepan; cool.
Combine mixture with 8 ounces yogurt in blender.
Season with salt.
Chill; serve topped with a dollop of yogurt.
