Curried Potatoes Recipe
Curried Potatoestaste awesome along with bread. The mixture of Smoked becan, milk and curry powder gives Curried Potatoes a divine taste.
Ingredients
| 2 lb waxy potatoes | ||
| Shallots | 3 1/2 Ounce, finely chopped | |
| Streaky bacon | 3 1/2 Ounce, smoked | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Milk | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Curry powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3 Ounce, grated | |
Directions
Peel the potatoes and rinse under plenty of cold running water.
Pat dry on kitchen paper.
Grate in a food processor.
Put the shallots and bacon in an oval pyrex dish.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle the mixture with salt and pepper and add the potatoes.
Stir well and pour over the milk.
Cover and micro wave on HIGH for 12 minutes.
Leave to stand for 3 minutes.
Mix together the curry powder and parmesan cheese and sprinkle over the potato mixture.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 2 minutes.
