Curried Pork With Shrimp Recipe

| Pork shoulder | 1⁄2 Pound, shredded into thin strips (Shoulder Or Butt) | |

| Curry powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Small, minced | |
| Celery stalks | 3 , cut into 0.25 inch slices | |
| Scallions | 2 , cut into 1/8 inch slices | |
| Water or chicken broth | 1⁄2 Tablespoon (In 0.5 Cup Water Or Chicken Broth) | |
| Cooked shrimp | 1⁄2 Pound |

Directions
Heat oil in wok and brown curry powder and onion until the aroma becomes strong.
Stir fry the pork for about 4 minutes or until well done.
Push aside.
Combine celery and scallions and stir fry 1 to 2 minutest Return pork and add cornstarch mixture.
Heat until sauce is clear and thickened and shrimp are heated through.
Serve with noodles.
