Curried Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients
| Pork tenderloin | 1 pound | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Curry powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika | ||
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cooking spray | ||
| Mango chutney | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Trim fat from tenderloin.
Combine sugar and next 5 ingredients; stir well.
Rub tenderloin with spice mixture.
Place tenderloin on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Insert a meat thermometer into thickest portion of tenderloin.
Bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until thermometer registers 150° (slightly pink).
Let stand 5 minutes before slic ing.
Serve with chutney.
