Curried Olive Appetizers Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe olives | 1 4 1/2 Ounce, chopped | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Mayonnaise | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Curry powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Bread slice | 10 , thinly sliced | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced |
Directions
Combine olives, cheese, onions, mayonnaise, curry powder and salt; mix well.
Remove crusts from bread slices; toast under broiler.
Spread olive mix- ture on toast.
Place on cookie sheet; cut each slice into 6 small squares.
Broil 4 inches from source of heat until bubbly; sprinkle with parsley.
Serve hot.
