 Ground meat1 Pound (Round In Shape)
 Cooking apple2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), peeled, diced
 Diced onion1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Oats1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), uncooked (Quick Cooking Oats)
 Prepared brown mustard1 Tablespoon
 Prepared horseradish1 Tablespoon
 Curry powder1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Skim milk1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Egg1 , beaten

Combine all ingredients except parsley, mix well.
Place in an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loafpan, bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Remove meat loaf from pan immediately.
Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
