Ingredients

 
Beef gravy base - 1/2 tsp.
 
Hot water - 1/4 cup
 
Mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1 cup
 
Garlic - 1 clove, minced
 
Curry powder - 1 tbsp.
 
Worcestershire - 1/4 tsp.
 
Hot sauce - 8 drops
 
Fresh spinach - 4 cups, torn
 
Mixed salad greens - 6 cups, torn
 
Radishes - 1/4 cup, sliced
 
Artichoke hearts - 1-I-lb. can, chilled

Directions

MAKING
1) Mix the gravy base and hot water and stir into the mayonnaise.
2) Add in the garlic, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
3) Refrigerate for several hours.
4) In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, mixed greens, and radishes.
5) Drain the artichoke hearts and cut in half.
6) Add into the salad.

SERVING
7) Add over the dressing.
8) Toss and serve immediately.
