I love curried egg salad and one day I thought it might be good to put curry powder on my over medium eggs... It worked...

Curried eggs and naan...
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 piece naan
butter
salt
tomato slices
1 big ole heap of love
Directions
butter a griddle and put on the naan to warm up - when you turn it over sprinkle with curry powder
fry up the eggs - before you flip them sprinkle with curry powder
serve the eggs on top of the naan with the tomato slices
eat and enjoy

You shouldn try Shan's Brand Egg Masala really jazzes up morning eggs. Most Indian markets carry the Shan Brand.
