Editors Review

Spiced Up Egg Salad Wrap is an easy to make and yummy breakfast recipe. Chef Nikko develops the dish very tastefully by using wraps instead of bread of baguette. A little spice to the eggs is what is innovative. Most of us eat eggs for breakfast, so this recipe can be a tasty addition to the breakfast menu.

So is that like the same Curry Gravy you get with Curried Chips? It sounds really good... I've become a huge fan of the curried egg salad after doing this video...

Eggs with Curry Gravy (a veg Indian dish) is one of our favourites. I must post and photography that simple and so tasty dish! It's funny curry (masala=a mixture of spices) just makes eggs special! I make a curry/pineapple/shrimp/napa cabbage salad that is one of those so easy good recipes that my mom has made for years and now I do as well. I must get real busy making old favourites and doing photographs to SHARE here on iFood.TV the best foodie place on the web!

Yes Penseys is amazing. I'm surprised we have one here in Jacksonville... It's the best thing I have going for spices.

The curry sounds amazing! I love curry and hopfully these will become available in our area. Lucky you a Pensey's store! We don't have them out here. I id shop one once on a trip to Chicago area-such fun. The minute you walk in smell the aroma and wander about with your little basket oh my $$$$ kaching-kaching!

That's a good idea - contrasting colors that is - I was just using what I had at the moment - I'm going to redo this video and will keep that in mind for the next one! I do have to say I tried this with a regular wrap and it was good - but using a curry wrap really added to the dish!

I agree some colour would be good like red leaf lettuce or even some radiccio with lettuce. I'd love to find those Indian Curry Tortillas! I'd have fun with those as I often cook Indian -I can just taste something like a Lamb Vindaloo in one, or a masala paneer, or any left over from an Indian meal. Now I am hungry! Egg Curry Wrap looks amazingly tasty, and healthy espcially if you use Light Mayo!

Curry/masalas is so wonderful with eggs. One of my favourites is Eggs with gravy (curry/masala). That reminds me of a yummy recipe my mom makes (and so do I now) that is pineapple-chutney-Napa Cabbage-curry-shrimp salad. Must type that up and snap some photos-or maybe even break in to video! Oh darn that means we'll have to eat it!
