| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |

| 2 cups thinly sliced unpared apples | ||
Directions
Place hens, skin sides down, in rectangular microwavable baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches, or heavy plastic bag.
Mix remaining ingredients except apples; pour marinade over hens.
Cover and refrigerate, turning hens occasionally, at least 6 hours.
Remove hens from marinade.
Arrange apples in marinade in baking dish; place hens, skin sides up, on apples.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 10 minutes; spoon juices over top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and microwave until hens are done, 6 to 10 minutes longer.
