Curried Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt | ||
| 4 ounces skinned and boned cooked chicken, diced | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery | 2 Tablespoon, diced | |
| Curry powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Golden Raisins | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/8 teaspoon each white pepper and salt | ||
| Sunflower seed | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Whole wheat bread slice | 2 , toasted | |
Directions
In medium bowl combine yogurt, lemon juice, mayonnaise, curry powder, pepper, and salt; add chicken, celery, raisins, and sunflower seed and mix to coat with dressing.
Spread half of chicken salad on each slice of toast.
