 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
 4 ounces skinned and boned cooked chicken, diced
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Mayonnaise1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Celery2 Tablespoon, diced
 Curry powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Golden Raisins1 Tablespoon
 1/8 teaspoon each white pepper and salt
 Sunflower seed1/2 Teaspoon
 Whole wheat bread slice2 , toasted

Directions

In medium bowl combine yogurt, lemon juice, mayonnaise, curry powder, pepper, and salt; add chicken, celery, raisins, and sunflower seed and mix to coat with dressing.
Spread half of chicken salad on each slice of toast.
