Ingredients

 Chopped water chestnuts1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Diced cooked chicken4 Cup (64 tbs)
 Chopped celery1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Diced green pepper1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Mayonnaise2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
 Light cream2 Tablespoon
 Vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Curry powder1 Teaspoon
 Lettuce cups6
 Pickled peaches/1/2 cup apple jelly6

Directions

Chop water chestnuts coarsely.
Combine with chicken, celery and green pepper.
Blend Mayonnaise, cream, vinegar, salt and curry powder, and combine with chicken mixture.
Chill until serving time.
Serve in lettuce cups on individual salad plates.
Garnish with peaches.
