Curried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
2 small chickens, about 3 pounds each
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup margarine
1 light tablespoon curry powder
3 cups boiling water
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup flour
Directions
Cut each chicken into pieces.
Brown chopped onion in margarine in large skillet.
Remove onion, brown the chicken parts in same fat.
Replace onion, add curry powder.
Pour 3 cups boiling water over chicken, add salt.
Simmer until chicken is tender, about 30 minutes.
Mix flour with 1/4 cup chicken liquid, add to chicken.
Stir until thick and smooth.
Serve chicken piping hot on a bed of rice.
