6 cups bite size pieces cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups sliced celery
1 can (8 1/2 ounces) water
chestnuts, drained and cut in thirds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon finely ground pepper
1 cup Mock Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons dry sherry
Lettuce leaves
Orange slices
Directions
Combine chicken, celery, water chestnuts, salt, and pepper.
Mix Mock Mayonnaise, curry, and sherry; stir gently into chicken mixture.
