Ingredients

 Non-fat Yoghurt - 2 cups
 Paprika2 Teaspoon (Curry Powder - 2 teaspoons)
 Coriander1 Teaspoon (Curry Powder - 2 teaspoons)
 Cumin1 Teaspoon (Curry Powder - 2 teaspoons)
 Broccoli - 1 pound, florets

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add yoghurt, curry powder, paprika, coriander and cumin.
2) In a pot of boiling water, add the broccoli and blanch them for about 2 minutes.
3) Drain the broccoli, and pat them dry.

SERVING
4) Serve the blanched broccoli with the yoghurt dip on the side.
