Curried Turkey with Noodles Recipe
|Medium egg noodles||8 Ounce, uncooked (4 1/2 Cups)|

|Chicken bouillon cubes||3|

|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Diced cooked turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Light Meat)|
|Grated carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

Meanwhile, saute celery and onion with curry powder in butter in 2-quart saucepan until onion is tender, but not brown.
Stir in flour and bouillon cubes.
Gradually add water; cook, stirring constantly, until sauce boils.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Stir in garlic salt, lemon juice, turkey and carrots.
Serve over noodles.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
