Simple Curried Turkey Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt | ||
| 1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise | ||
| Skim milk | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 3 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken | ||
| 1 cup halved and seeded grapes | ||
| Water chestnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Lettuce leaves | 6 | |
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise, milk, curry powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
Fold in turkey or chicken, grapes, water chestnuts, and green pepper.
Cover and chill.
