Curried Turkey Recipe
Ingredients
| Turkey breasts | 2 Pound, skinned | |
| Ground coriander | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 Tbsp grated ginger root | ||
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon extract | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 minced green onions, for garnish | ||
Directions
1. Place turkey breasts in a large baking pan.
2. In a small bowl combine coriander, paprika, turmeric, cumin, cayenne, cinnamon, ginger root, olive oil, lemon extract, and sour cream. Spread over top of turkey breasts. Cover pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F. Unwrap pan and place in oven; bake for 45 minutes (or until thermometer reads 170°F), basting occasionally with pan juices. To serve, slice turkey, drizzle with pan juices, and garnish with green onions.
