6 oz canned tuna, drained (reserve juice)
 
1/2 cup celery, chopped
 
1 cup onion, chopped
 
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
 
1 tsp curry powder
 
10 oz canned
 
Cream of chicken soup
 
1/3 cup milk
 
Cooked rice, hot
 
1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
 
19 oz canned peach slices, drained

Directions

In a saucepan, bring tuna juice to a boil.
Add celery, onion and mushrooms.
Simmer until vegetables are tender.
Fold in curry powder, cream of chicken and milk.
Add tuna.
Heat through.
