Curried Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Firm tomatoes - 3 pound | ||
| Onions | 2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced (Special oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced (Special oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon (Special oil - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Curry powder - 2 teaspoons) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Rinse the tomatoes.
2.Wipe them well and cut in quarters.
MAKING
3.In a skillet heat oil and cook the onions in it for 5 minutes.
4.Add garlic, salt and curry powder in the skillet.
5.Once mixed, put water and tomatoes and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
SERVING
6.Serve curried tomatoes with breads.
