Fresh sweet peas
Butter

Directions
Remove the sweet peas from the shell.
Boil water in a pan and add quiet a bit of kosher salt. Put in the sweet peas and cover the pot immediately.
Let the peas boil for about 15 minutes until the peas become tender.
Shock the boiled peas by putting in cold water and drain out the water.
Heat a pan and let go some butter. Add minced shallots, one clove of garlic, just move around a bit.
Add some curry powder and 1 tbsp of heavy cream, move a bit and take the peas, drop them right in.
Grab some salt. Turn off the heat and serve them.
