Curried Spinach Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 10-ounce packages frozen chopped spinach | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teasoon curry | ||
Directions
About 15 minutes before serving: Cook spinach as label directs but add salt.
Meanwhile, in small saucepan, melt butter; remove from heat; stir in pepper, nutmeg and curry.
Drain spinach through fine strainer.
Return to original pan; add butter mixture and toss.
