Curried Snack Mix Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 plain rice cakes, broken into bite size pieces | ||
| 1 cup bite size square corn cereal or oyster crackers | ||
| Pretzel sticks | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), halved | |
| Margarine | 1 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Curry powder | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In a 13x9x2 inch baking pan stir together broken rice cakes, corn cereal or oyster crackers, and pretzels.
In a custard cup stir together melted margarine, Worcestershire sauce, and curry powder.
Drizzle mixture over cereal mixture.
Toss cereal mixture till coated.
Bake in a 300° oven for 20 minutes, stirring twice.
If desired, store cooled mixture in a tightly covered container.
