Curried Salmon Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Salmon | 1 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Celery | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pickle relish -€“ 1 tbsp | ||
| Bread slice | 12 (Curry powder -€“ 1 tsp) | |
| Eggs | 2 Small, beaten (Curry powder -€“ 1 tsp) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Curry powder -€“ 1 tsp) | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon (Curry powder -€“ 1 tsp) | |
| Pepper -€“ a dash | ||
| Butter -€“ as required or Margarine -€“ as required | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Prepare a mixture of salmon with mayonnaise, celery, relish, and curry powder.
2. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and spread atop 6 bread slices
3. Cover with rest of the bread slices, dip in an egg-milk mixture seasoned with salt and pepper and cook on a heavy skillet in hot butter until both sides turn brown.
SERVING
4. Serve Curried Salmon Sandwiches hot with tomato sauce.
