Curried Salad Recipe
This Curried Salad was pretty easy to put together and also tasted awesome. My family was elated after I made this Curried Salad for them. Yours will be too!

Ingredients
2 heads butter lettuce, salad ready
3 cups (720 ml) spinach, chopped
1 cup (240 ml) alfalfa sprouts
1/2 cup (120 ml) arugula, chopped
1 cup (240 ml) snow peas, cut
1 cup (240 ml) carrots, shredded
3 cups (720 ml) cooked chicken or tofu, cubed
DRESSING:
3 tbs (45 ml) OMEGA Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tbs (45 ml) nonfat yogurt
1 tbs (15 ml) maple syrup of honey
2 tsp (10 ml) curry powder
2 tsp (10 ml) basil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp (5 ml) tamari or soy sauce
1/4 tsp (1 ml) sea salt
1/4 tsp (1 ml) black pepper
1/2 cup (120 ml) OMEGA Sesame Oil
Directions
Combine lettuce pieces, spinach, sprouts, arugula, snow peas, carrots and chicken or tofu.
Put in blender the vinegar, yogurt, syrup, curry, basil, garlic, tamari, salt and pepper.
Blend while adding oil slowly.
