Curried Ravioli Recipe
Ingredients
| Unbleached flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Skim milk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon butter-flavored sprinkles | ||
| Curry powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cheese ravioli | 9 Ounce | |
Directions
Place the flour in a 2-quart saucepan.
Whisk in about 1/4 cup milk to form a smooth paste.
Whisk in the remaining 1 1/4 cups milk, sprinkles, curry powder and pepper.
Whisk over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens, about 5 minutes.
Cook the ravioli in a large pot of boiling water until just tender, about 4 minutes.
Drain and divide among 4 serving plates.
Top with the sauce.
