Curried Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Half teaspoon tumeric powder | ||
| Half teaspoon chilli powder | ||
| Half teaspoon cumin powder | ||
| Half teaspoon Garam masala | ||
| Potatoes | 500 Gram, diced | |
| 2 teaspoons tamarind sauce or lemon juice | ||
| Brown sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Chilli | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Shredded coconut | 2 Tablespoon, toasted | |
| Quarter cup water | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine oil, onion, tumeric powder, chilli-powder, cumin and Garam masala in bowl, cook on HIGH for three minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except coconut, cover, cook on HIGH for ten minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Stir in coconut.
