| Cornstarch | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion salt - 1/4 teaspoon | ||
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon (Curry powder - 1 teaspoon) | |
| Cold water | 2 Tablespoon (Curry powder - 1 teaspoon) | |
| Crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice - 1 can of 3/4 ounces | ||
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon (Curry powder - 1 teaspoon) | |
| Margarine | 1 Tablespoon (Curry powder - 1 teaspoon) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Combine together the cornstarch, curry powder, onion salt and garlic powder. Mix lightly.
2) Add the cold water and stir well.
3) Heat the brown sugar, pineapple and margarine in a saucepan and add the cornstarch mixture.
4) Cook and stir the mixture over low heat till it is clear and smooth.
SERVING
5) Use the glaze as and when preferred.
