Curried Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Pasta | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper red | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Chives | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Baby mushrooms | 100 Gram, chopped | |
| Curry powder | 2 Teaspoon (CURRY DRESSING) | |
| 1 tablespoon castor sugar | ||
| Oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (CURRY DRESSING) | |
| White vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (CURRY DRESSING) | |
| Cream | 1 Tablespoon (CURRY DRESSING) | |
Directions
1.Bring large saucepan of water to the boil, gradually add pasta.
Boil rapidly, uncovered, for about 10 minutes or until pasta is tender; drain well.
Place into large bowl with peppers, chives and mushrooms.
2.Curry Dressing: Combine curry powder and sugar in small bowl, gradually stir in oil, vinegar and cream.
