1 cup (250 ml) Blender Mayonnaise
 
1 teaspoon (5 ml) curry powder
 
1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic salt
 
1 teaspoon (5 ml) prepared horseradish
 
1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion juice
 
1 teaspoon (5 ml) vinegar

Directions

Assemble Blender.
Put all ingredients into blender container.
Cover and process at MIX, until smooth. (If necessary, STOP BLEND, use rubber spatula to keep mixture around processing blades.
Cover and continue to process.) Serve with sliced cauliflower, cucumber, zucchini, celery, carrots, pepper chunks, and cherry tomatoes.
