Simple Curried Nuts Recipe

| 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons butter or margarine | ||
| Curry powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 pound pecan or walnut halves or 1 pound whole shelled and blanched almonds | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large frying pan, melt butter/margarine, add curry powder and cook for five minutes
2. Add nuts and stir around; heat slowly for eight minutes or so until lightly toasted
3. Remove on to a paper towel and allow to cool and drain off excess fat; sprinkle salt on it and toss some more; store in airtight container
SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
