Curried Mussels Recipe Video
Ingredients
| Fennel | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely | |
| Green chili | 3 Medium, chopped finely | |
| Tomato | 3 Large, chopped finely | |
| White wine | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Mussels | 2 Kilogram | |
| Mustard seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon |

Directions
1. Heat olive oil in a pan add green chilies, garlic and mustard seeds. Sauté.
2. Put in salt, fennel, curry powder and tomatoes. Mix well.
3. Pour white wine and simmer for few minutes.
4. Add coriander and mussels. Cook for 1 minute on high heat.
SERVING
5. Garnish with lemon juice and serve hot with your favourite bread.
