 Butter2 Ounce (Curry powder - 2 tablespoons)
 Cooking oil2 Tablespoon (Curry powder - 2 tablespoons)
 Water2 Tablespoon (Curry powder - 2 tablespoons)
 Cabbage4 Ounce (Sauce :)
 Onion2 (Sauce :)
 Peppers - 2, de-seeded and chopped
 Potato1 Large, peeled (Sauce :)
 Water1/2 Pint, boiled (Sauce :)
 Black pepper1/8 To taste (Sauce :)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (Sauce :)
 Yogurt - 2 tablespoons, natural

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Wash the cabbage and shred.
2) Chop the onions and peppers.
3) Wash the potatoes and dice them.

MAKING

4) Take the beef, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, curry powder, pepper and egg in a bowl. Mix them well.
5) Shape this mixture into small balls.
6) Take a pan and heat butter and oil together.
7) Fry the meatballs to make all the sides brown.
8) Add little water and simmer for 30 minutes.
9) Add cabbage, onion, pepper, potato along with seasoning into the water.
10) Simmer for 20 minutes to make a thick sauce.

SERVING

11) Serve the dish immediately.
