Directions
Add lamb; mix well.
Shape into 32 meatballs; arrange in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Micro-cook, covered, 6 minutes, rearranging twice; set aside.
In 2-quart casserole micro-cook onion in butter, till tender, about 2 minutes.
Blend in flour, curry powder, paprika, oregano, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Stir in broth.
Micro-cook, uncovered, 1 minute; stir.
Cook till thickened and bubbly, about 4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
Stir in meatballs.
Cook, covered, 3 minutes.
Stir in apple.
Cook, covered, 2 minutes longer.
Serve with rice.
