Ingredients

 Sugar2 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup)
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup)
 Salt1 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup)
 Instant minced onion1 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup)
 Season-All - 1 teaspoon
 Black pepper1/2 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup)
 Garlic salt1/4 Teaspoon (Curry Powder - 2 teaspoons)
 Lamb chops - 8, cut 1 inch thick

Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan mix all ingredients, except lamb chops.
2) Boil the mixture and simmer for 10 minutes.
3) Place chops on grill 5 to 6 inches from hot coals.
4) Sear on both sides.
5) Baste with curry sauce and cook for 30 minutes until brown.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
