Curried Lamb Chops Bengal Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Instant minced onion | 1 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Season-All - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 1/2 cup) | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon (Curry Powder - 2 teaspoons) | |
| Lamb chops - 8, cut 1 inch thick | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan mix all ingredients, except lamb chops.
2) Boil the mixture and simmer for 10 minutes.
3) Place chops on grill 5 to 6 inches from hot coals.
4) Sear on both sides.
5) Baste with curry sauce and cook for 30 minutes until brown.
SERVING
6) Serve hot.
