Curried Lamb And Lima Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup cooked Lima beans | ||
| 2 cups leftover lamb gravy | ||
| Instant minced onion | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground mace | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups diced cooked lamb | ||
| Head of lettuce | 1 Small, shredded | |
| 1/2 teaspoon curry powder softened in 1 tablespoon water | ||
| Hot cooked rice | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Combine together butter or margarine, Lima beans, lamb gravy, onion, ground mace, salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
2) Add in rest of the ingredients except rice and simmer, covered for 10 minutes.
SERVING
3) Serve the preparation with rice.
