Curried Lamb Recipe

| 1 lb. boneless lamb, cut in 1-inch cubes | ||

| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Toss lamb cubes lightly with flour, set aside.
Place garlic, onion, and butter in a 2-quart (12 x 7-inch) glass casserole.
Microwave, uncovered, for 3 minutes on high.
Add lamb and curry powder and toss lighly.
Microwave, uncovered, for 10 minutes on high, stirring after 5 minutes.
Add apples, raisins, and salt.
Stir in 1/2 cup water.
Microwave, covered, for about 20 minutes, on high, or until meat is tender.
Stir occasionally during cooking time.
Let stand 3 minutes.
