| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Chutney | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Raisins | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Flaked coconut | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mixed vegetables large can | 1 | |
Directions
Hard-cook.the eggs.
Meanwhile, heat the soup, add a little curry powder if wished (the soup already has a curry taste), the chutney, raisins, coconut and well-drained mixed vegetables.
Crack the hard-cooked eggs, remove the shells.
Put the eggs into a heated dish, pour over the curried mixture.
