Curried Grouper Recipe
Once you try this curried grouper recipe, you will never go for another recipe again. A good way to use up fish is to make some delicious curried grouper. Add this curried grouper recipe to your favorites and make it as often as you like.
Ingredients
4 tbsp (60 ml) curry powder
2 cups (500 ml) flour
4 7 oz (200 g) grouper steaks
2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 large cantaloupe, flesh sliced thick
1 banana, sliced thick on angle
Juice 1 tangerine
Salt and pepper
Directions
Mix curry powder with flour and season well.
Dredge grouper in flour and shake off excess.
Heat oil in large frying pan.
Add fish and cook 3 to 4 minutes over medium-high heat.
Turn fish over; continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes.
Season and turn fish over again; finish cooking 3 to 4 minutes depending on size.
When bone can be removed easily, the fish is cooked.
Transfer fish to heated dinner plates.
Quickly add remaining ingredients to frying pan and cook 2 minutes.
