Curried Fruit Bake Recipe
Ingredients
8 fresh peach halves, peeled and pitted
8 fresh pear halves, peeled and cored
2 cups fresh pineapple cubes
1/3 cup butter
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/3 cup honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 325° F.and grease a 9-or 10-inch round baking dish.
Arrange fruit in casserole, alternating to mix flavors.
Melt butter; add curry and honey.
Spoon over fruit and bake in preheated oven, uncovered, for about 1 hour.
