Ingredients

 Onion1 Large, chopped
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Flour1 Tablespoon
 Curry powder2 3 Tablespoon
 Chicken stock2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Long grain rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green pepper1 , sliced
 1 small Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and chopped
 Golden Raisins1 Tablespoon
  black pepper1
 1 1/2 pounds firm white fish, skinned and boned

Directions

Saute the onion in the oil until soft but not brown.
Stir in the flour and curry powder and cook for 1 minute.
Add the stock, rice, pepper, apple and golden raisins and season to taste.
Cover the pan and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces, add to the curry and simmer for 5 minutes, until rice and fish are cooked.
