Curried Crawfish Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 crawfish tails | ||

| Key lime juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt, pepper to taste | ||
| Shredded coconut | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup chopped cashew nuts | ||
| 1/2 cup mashed, crisp chicharrone | ||
| Hard-boiled eggs | 2 , hardboiled | |
| 1/2 cup any good chutney | ||
Directions
Boil crawfish; then remove meat from tails and cut into cubes.
Heat white sauce and add curry powder, onion juice, cayenne, lime, salt, pepper, and crawfish.
