 4 crawfish tails
 White sauce1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Curry powder1/2 Teaspoon
 1 teaspoon onion juice
 Few grains cayenne
 Key lime juice2 Teaspoon
 Salt, pepper to taste
 Shredded coconut1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup chopped cashew nuts
 1/2 cup mashed, crisp chicharrone
 Hard-boiled eggs2 , hardboiled
 1/2 cup any good chutney

Directions

Boil crawfish; then remove meat from tails and cut into cubes.
Heat white sauce and add curry powder, onion juice, cayenne, lime, salt, pepper, and crawfish.
